For students on the full meal plan, the DC is Haverford students' primary dining location. When most of us eat at the DC, we may not consider the challenges of only having one dining hall if you're an international student, unaccustomed to American food, if you're a student with allergies, or if you're a student with any other kind of dietary restriction. For these students, their diet becomes even more limited, and they may struggle to find "good" food to eat at the Dining Center. Below are projects from students who chose to focus their foodscape on the DC, and how we are influenced by our food choices when we eat there.
